Our Warranty Policy
NUODI TECH. warrants to the original purchaser that the product is free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The product must be returned with proof of the date of purchase and serial number.
A product that fails to conform to this warranty will be repaired or replaced at the NUODI TECH option, with a charge for parts and labor and return postage/freight by the most economical method (usually, ground service). NUODI TECH's obligation under this warranty is strictly and exclusively limited to the repair or replacement of merchandise that fails to conform to this warranty. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse, improper installation, excessive vibration, rough handling, or improper care and transportation. The cost of normal maintenance or replacement of parts, which are not defective, shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. The warranty is invalid when the instrument is opened, or modified; missing the original label or the warranty seal has been broken.
The defective product must be well packed and mailed/shipped with postage/ freight prepaid to NUODI TECH. and received by NUODI TECH no later than 370 days after the date of purchase. The defective instrument must be accompanied by a written description that identifies the defect.
There are no expressed warranties other than this limited warranty. In no other event shall any implied warranties (oral or written) including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, extend beyond the duration of the expressed warranty contained herein. In no event shall NUODI TECH be liable for accidental, consequential, or special damages.
Please check the package carefully upon receiving it. If the product is damaged during transportation, please notify the freight carrier and your retailer immediately for a claim. Please do not send the damaged item to NUODI TECH claiming warranty service. It will only delay your valid claim time.
Used products can only be repaired or replaced; no cash or credit refunds will be given.
All out-of-warranty repairs would be at charge.
Faulty Product Shipping Procedures:
1. Fill out the Service Request Form, you can click servicerequestform.pdf to download the form.
2. Attach a copy of the original receipt
3. Pack the faulty instrument sufficiently.
4. Ship to:1706 Tower B, Zhuque Street, Yanta District, Xi 'an, Shaanxi Province
5. Insure with the carrier.
The customer will take the risk of shipping damage if the package is not packed sufficiently or not insured. NUODI TECH can only repair shipping damaged instruments as out-of-warranty repairs, which will incur a charge.
NOTE: Please send the faulty instrument directly to NUODI TECH, not to your retailer. Please contact Customer Service for an RMA No. prior to returning to Service@nuoditech.com
Waiver of liability and indemnification Agreement
NUODI TECH has no opportunity to supervise the manufacture, product, or maintenance of the parts supplied by it, nor any opportunity to participate in the design or manufacture of the various homebuilt aircraft in which its parts are utilized. The purchaser by using these parts and accepting merchandise from NUODI TECH agrees that all material purchased will be used solely at the purchaser's risk and the purchaser will indemnify and hold NUODI TECH its owners and employees free and harmless from all loss, liability, or damage resulting from claims brought by reasons of any alleged failure or defect of any part or parts supplied by NUODI TECH
